Brenda Meery

I am Brenda Meery and am a high school mathematics teacher in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. I have been teaching for thirty-three years and have been involved in the implementation of math courses at the high school level. In addition to this involvement, I have been a presenter at many provincial training sessions for math teachers. While teaching full time, I managed to raise four daughters who have since left the nest and are successful in their chosen fields. Teaching has been a diverse yet rewarding experience and a career that I would recommend.
